03 on receipt: please be sure to sign for the delivery of goods, such as family, friends, doormen, etc., will be regarded as my signature. Please open it on the spot and sign for it. If the goods are damaged in the process of transportation, please directly verify the claim to the dispatcher or refuse to sign for receipt.
On the issue of breakage: we have done our best in product packaging. The company only cooperates with logistics companies with good reputation to ensure the safe arrival of goods. In case the product is damaged and cannot be repaired, please contact the customer service to give you a solution. (overseas and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan excepted, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan due to long distance, transportation caused by damage we do not bear.)
Express logistics: our default express is logistics. Please contact the customer service to modify the freight for express delivery. You should pay the freight to us first. We are helping you pay the express company. There is direct logistics from yiwu to all parts of the country. When choosing logistics, we will try our best to choose the unloading point close to you, which is not guaranteed to be nearest to you. If there is a designated logistics please explain with customer service personnel, logistics freight is generally calculated by volume, if there is a higher freight rejected for reasons, we do not return. We can't guarantee the speed during the transportation. The transportation time is different in different regions.
